She teaches yoga baby and yoga kids classes for children throughout the St. Louis area. As the Co-creator of Yogi Parenting, Michaela offers positive parenting coaching and seminars nationally, blending her joy for yoga with her love for children.
ONLINE YOGI PARENTING COURSE
In this 8-week online program, we are bringing the learning that has worked so well for parents in our live workshops to wherever YOU are in the world! You will receive an email once a week with a private link to a web page that contains the course material for the week.
Each lesson includes an audio segment, journal exercises, and tools for parents and on how to apply the lesson to your daily experience.

PRACTICE
For many of us, parenting as a partnership with our children as opposed to dominating them may be very different than our own childhood experience. In fact, we may have never truly seen this way of parenting modeled before. For this reason, like with learning any new skill, it is important for us to practice.
Learning a different way of parenting takes consistent and repeated exposure. It is just like learning any new skill. You will receive regular weekly exposure too parenting the Yogi way through the lessons as well as 24/7 support from your peers in the Discussion Group.
