How to Name Your Fear
“Here, Mommy” says my 7-year old daughter. I looked at the sweet little blue note she place in my hand:

Hmmm… “Michael Jacksen. Thriller. What’s this?”
She says, “If I’m scared of something, I write it down and then it’s not scary anymore.”
“Did it work?”
“Yup.”
“Where did you learn to do that?”
“I just made it up.”
Can you see why I call myself “I’m a student to two????”
