How to Make Pumpkin Seeds

It’s a delicious and nutritious seasonal snack and it’s easy enough for kids to make almost entirely on their own! My daughter who is a HUGE fan of pumpkin seeds (especially if she made them…) teaches us how kids can whip up a batch in the kitchen. Recipe included in VIDEO (2:31).

    My son likes cooking and actually he participate in kids cooking class. I think he would love pumpkin seeds.

    hope you don’t mind I dusted this one off from the video archives to re-post! A timely lil recipe. We dug out our pumpkins yesterday and will be baking some up tonight. :) Happy almost Halloween y’all.

    We don’t have a go-to yet, but man I can’t wait until my little Boog’s is old enough to cook with!!! (ps when I make pumpkin seeds I dust them with Lowry’s :) )
