How to Nurse a Baby and/or Twins

Before our twins were born this February I went online to search for tips on HOW to nurse twins. Were moms doing this successfully? How? Same time? Not at the same time? So many questions filled my head. And I was a veteran nursing mom so I can only imagine how many questions a first time expectant moms of twins might have.

In all my research, I found the thing that helped me the most were the few photos I found that other twin moms had posted. So as my way of saying “Thank you!” to those brave moms who posted pictures of themselves nursing twins, I tapped this how to nurse video for you with the help of a few pieces of clothing from MILK Nursingwear. You do NOT have to have twins for the nursing tips to help!

I hope this helps other moms (expecting one baby OR twins) know they CAN DO IT and exactly HOW to nurse their baby/babies with greater ease and joy.

My twins are 18 weeks old and I am sooooo glad we stuck with it. The first month can be tough, especially through the night… but just keep saying (much like the little engine that could) I think I can, I think I can, I think I can! Breastfeeding is SUCH an amazing and rewarding experience.

Send me your best nursing tips/links. We moms have much to share with each other, and when it comes to breastfeeding, sharing these experiences can really make a difference.
