  1. What a great reminder to take a breath, and enjoy the moment, no matter how chaotic. Time goes by fast!

  2. I didn’t realize you could “reverse engineer”. Facinating.

    When I get irritated, there’s this “bear” within that starts to growl. And it seems my son is very good at “poking the bear.” (The ADHD, impulsiveness, hyperactivity, mood swings and whining don’t help!) Lately I feel like the bear has become the more dominate part of who I am when I’m with my son. I hate that but don’t know how to stop. I can’t wait to try this out when I find my inner bear starting to bristle. (Which I’m sure I’ll be trying within a few hours. ha.)

  4. So glad this was helpful for you, mamas! I needed a little does of this myself, this morning. And my kids aren’t even around!!!

    My noisy head will sometimes get me on the downward spiral all by myself. I started with breathing but will shortly be moving on to dancing!!!! xo
