How to Celebrate Half Birthdays

It seems almost unreal but my calendar insists our twins are in fact 6 months old. And how did they celebrate their big half birthdays? By sleeping through the night, together for the VERY FIRST TIME in their 182+ days of life.

I think my babies got together to give their mama a gift. Eight plus hours of uninterrupted sleep. Thank you sweet angels. This is just what mommy has been wishing for.

What a special gift your twins gave you and Shawn, Suzanne, because you are such special parents. Thank you for sharing the photo of your adorable twins. I know your beautiful daughters are enjoying being “mommies,” too.

Congrats!! My son is a week younger than your twins – and unfortunately we are having the opposite problem here – been sleeping great up until the 6 month mark…We are going through a growth spurt, two teeth, and shots – but I think the biggest issue for us is separation anxiety!! He definitely wants Mommy around all the time and it’s hard for me to get him to sleep at nights and for naps…I’m hoping this is a phase, am just wondering how long it will last?
