  3. Wow, that was powerful. If someone else tells me “I should….” in a judgmental tone I quickly tune them out…I don’t need someone else making me feel bad. But I never realized how often I say it to myself. And I do it all the time. About almost everything. Can’t wait to read the book.

    I love sharing…I was asked how I can be so open. ha! I’m going to be dead one day and no one will care. So I want to get it all out now!
